BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man is in the Palm Beach County Jail Sunday morning, charged with child abuse.
Jesse James Pareda of Little Bear Court in Boca Raton was arrested early Saturday morning and booked into jail at 3:57 a.m.
Court records show that he is facing one count of child abuse and two counts of domestic battery.
A judge early Sunday ordered him to to have no contact with minor children, no weapons or firearms, and no alcohol/illegal drugs/non-prescription drugs as the case moves through the court system.
While the judge approved release on his own recognizance, the Palm Beach County Jail reported that he was still incarcerated as of 10 a.m. Sunday.
