Doolittle man arrested for child molestation and abuse
Charles Mason has been arrested and is charged with 3 counts of child molestation and 3 counts of abuse or neglect of a child. (Phelps County Police Department)
Detectives along with Phelps County Sheriff's Department arrested a man for the alleged assaults of juveniles that spanned seven years on Friday.
Charles Mason, 37, of Doolittle, Missouri was responsible for the assaults, according to the Phelps County Sheriff's Department Facebook page.
Prosecutors charged Mason with seven counts.

- Count 2 – Child Molestation 1st Degree
- Count 3 – Child Molestation 1st Degree
- Count 4 – Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child
- Count 5 – Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child
- Count 6 – Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child
- Count 7 - Tamper Or Attempt To Tamper With A Victim In A Felony Prosecution
He was taken to Phelps County Jail without bond.
