Three people charged following child sex abuse investigation in Madison County

Three people have been charged with subjecting children ranging from age 4 to 12 to sexual abuse between 2012 and 2016, according to a release from Oneida City Police Department.

The charges come following a lengthy investigation, a grand jury indictment and joint searches by the United States Marshals Service and New York State Police.

Three people were arraigned in Madison County Court for allegedly subjecting children ranging from age 4 to 12 to sexual abuse between 2012 and 2016, according to a release from Oneida City Police Department.

The two agencies located 36-year-old Tanaia Graham Wednesday in Syracuse. She was charged with two counts of felony rape, arraigned in Madison County Court and remanded to Madison County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.

Theodore "Teddy" Presley III, 41, was previously located on Nov. 22 in Watertown. He has been charged with two counts each of predatory assault against a child, first-degree sexual conduct against a child and second-degree assault, all felonies. He was arraigned and sent to Madison County jail in lieu of $500,000 cash bail or $1 million bond.

Johnathan Presley, 42, turned himself in on the same day and was charged with one count each of predatory assault against a child and first-degree sexual conduct against a child, both felonies. He was arraigned and sent to Madison County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $500,000 bond.

All three people are scheduled to appear in Madison County Court at later dates, the release said.
